Really clean and smells wonderful, breakfast could be better and more consistent but can’t ask for much for the price. Woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful.
Extremely satisfied. Room already had the a/c on. Room was not only very clean but had small cute touches like how the towels were folded, to the cute display of the toilet paper. Room was definitely prepared by a professional who clearly has gone above and beyond. Even had extra plugs for charging cell phones etc. Would highly recommend. Only downside was no airport shuttle being provided.
STAY HERE… don’t be afraid… Listen, I know the location is shady, but the management takes pride in their property… We travel and stayi in a lot of affordable hotels and I can honestly say this is the first place we’ve walked away from feeling like we dramatically underpaid for what we got. They clearly battle issues with the local homeless population, but staff is very helpful.. going so far as to Advising us where to park to stay away from dead zones in their cameras and to make sure that we had a secure parking spot…. Our hotel room was clean and fresh smelling with a television channel guide good cable and good Wi-Fi. You could Tell that housekeeping was doing their job. We had a microwave refrigerator and a Keurig style coffee maker. They even had breakfast with a protein choice in the morning… As we were leaving, we saw grounds people cleaning up the outside and a lot of effort being made to maintain the property in tiptop condition. The daytime manager(Ro?)… Who checked us out was as polite and considerate as the evening staff that checked us in… two dollars to the staff we will make sure to stay here again in the next time we are in the area…
The room was large and pretty solid overall. It was clean and the breakfast was a good value. Hard to beat the value for the dollar at this place. If you are used to 5 star accommodations then you may be disappointed but this place is solid overall.
I was skeptical to stay here because of past reviews. But it really seems like they've done the work to fix it. Our room was wonderful, I checked the mattress and all. The beds aren't the greatest but they are comfy enough. Pillows are 10/10. The A/C does its job. Davi (I think that's his name) at the front desk was super helpful and courteous! Will be staying again, for the price you cant beat it.
Spent one night here on a trip out west right after the holidays. Good daily rate, and the location is convenient to most places in the Dallas area. Parking was easy and I was able to get plenty of sleep. My room was also very spacious.
Older hotel but rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and comprehensive. Staff was very accommodating. I watched front desk representative go above and beyond to help two hearing impaired gentlemen get checked in - you do not see that level of service and compassion just anywhere. Great quick stay while waiting for your next flight with Southwest.
The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, clean, and most of all safe. As well great rates. Management customer service is TOTALLY amazing. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!
